(8)        Karen Silvis, of 514 Grand St., spoke regarding the Corry Historic Museum.  It is her understanding that the City owns the museum but the Historical Society is responsible for all the upkeep.  Does the Historical Society have to come to the City Council to get the upkeep projects approved?             Mr. Dahl stated that alternation to the structure yes, maintenance no.      Currently they have a contractor coming in to install new windows.  The issue    with the contractor has been resolved with filing the proper document today with the Zoning Office.  Authorization has been approved for improvements to proceed. They are not required to contact the City as owner of the building but they are to contact the City as the Zoning and Building Agency for issuance required permits.
